"Sleep, drink water and treat your skin." -Georgia Louise

They say that good skin takes commitment, not a miracle. Having a solid, easy-to-follow skin regimen is one of the most important parts of M.L.F. Prep. With every passing day, your skin is getting thinner and drier, which makes you more prone to wrinkly and saggy skin. Sad! However, lucky for us, there are thousands of products on the market geared toward the reversal of aging skin and my personal favorite is mud face masks.
I prefer cream masks over sheet masks 10 times over. I think sheet masks are uncomfortable and can sometimes make breathing through your nose a chore, whereas clay/cream masks are comfier, applied directly on your skin and give you much more freedom to move around while it's on.
The past couple times I've been in Target, I've spotted the $3 "Yes To" masks at the checkout, and the temptation to see what they offered finally kicked in yesterday. I bought the "Yes To Miracle Oil Mud Mask - Primrose" for $2.49 and was on my way to "feeling bright and calm" according to the label.

The mud is light pink, very thick and creamy in texture and smells like fresh flowers. It was super easy to apply, and I felt a tingly sensation almost right away! There was plenty of product in the packet, and I even used some of the excess on my not-so-willing boyfriend (even though he admitted that his skin felt much softer after he took it off!).
It was slightly difficult to take off as it took me about five minutes to wash off with warm water, but I was very pleased with how my skin felt afterwards. It was definitely smoother than when I started, and the redness around my nose a couple of blemishes had reduced drastically.

If you're hesitant about breaking the bank with face masks, or even about buying a face mask at all, do your 35-year-old MILF self a favor and try this one out! You actually will feel bright and calm, just like the package promises, and your wallet will barely even notice.
Xx,
M.L.F.
